I just finished reading Amulet 2 by Kazu Kibuishi and it explained how
Emily had to go to the top of a mountain to find a fruit that would heal her
mother and the goblins are close behind them hunting them down. Emily
wants their to be peace in the world and for every have equal power but the
evil gobins want to be kings. So Emily tries to stop them but they are to strong.
At the end of the book they are still safe but the goblins are still searching to be
kings.
